These terms govern your use of velian.shop and the purchase of products from VELIAN. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. VELIAN is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
All prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud. Order confirmation will be sent to your email.
We ship worldwide via Printify's production partners. Production takes 2-5 business days, plus shipping time (3-10 business days depending on location). Free shipping on orders over EUR 100. We are not responsible for customs delays or duties.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition. To initiate a return, email alex.veigaa@gmail.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. See our full Returns policy for details.
All designs, artwork, and content on velian.shop are original creations of VELIAN. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.
VELIAN is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
